Meditation- A solution to come out of stress,anger and all other humanly emotions.

A normal human being feels he has to constantly,carefully and conscientiously be aware of the self. In his attempt to gain the subjective and objective knowledge of his self, the mind revels out in this world.
Practice of bringing the wandering mind again and again in the self is to b done slowly and steadily. By such practices, the emotions in our mind,impressions such as likes and dislikes gets discarded and our mind is quietened. This process may seem to be little bit difficult at the beginning, but believe me, mere continuos practice will make you completely realise your self.

All one need to do is:-
Seek the state of being alone.
Relax--Select a clean and silent place for meditation. Sit erect,close your eyes and relax.
Have the right attitude-- By this, what I mean is bring cheerful mood. Be true to yourself. Drop all your fake identities,if any.
Withdraw mind-- That is, detach ur mind from the world of sense objects. Drop all thoughts about the past and future. Bring the mind to the present moment. Start chanting Om...
Fix the mind in the self--Find peace.Just think "Im not attached to any emotions".Bring pure consciousness. If mind wanders, bring it back.(This process can be iterative depending on the level of your concentration). Finaly control your mind and soul.

By doing this almost everyday, One can realise a new world, one can sense a heavy change or, I can say, reduction in the extreme emotions.Once and for all, a person shall be cultivated to live satisfactorily and peacefully...
